Y-City Detailing, LLC did a great job on my vehicle. Driving on fresh asphalt from I70, tar got sprayed on my car following other cars. Tried washing it and wouldn't even budge. I'm sure this will happen to many as the l70 does there reconstruction.

I dropped my truck off and they did not disappoint. Great job!

I have no complaints. Friendly staff answered my questions and got me scheduled quickly. They were able to pick up and drop off my car, which made it so much more convenient for me. I had a full detail done, and it took just about the amount of time they said it would. The car looks great. I had never had a car detailed before, but the price felt reasonable to me (in my limited experience). Smooth experience, clean car. I would recommend Y-City if someone asked where to get their car detailed.

Very professional and accommodating. They are not looking to overcharge or do unnecessary work. They will use parts that you bring in without question where some shops will not. Highly recommend this shop if you live in the area.

I have had 2 emergency calls to them in the last year and they were so helpful. Last August our cat peed all over the back seat. I called Y-City and they worked me in the next day. They got the smell out no problem. Then last night the sun roof was left open and we had a huge downpour so the front seats we soaked. So we called Y-City and they said bring it in as soon as we could and they would suck the water out. It took about 15 minutes. I talked to Dennis and he was so nice and friendly. Everyone I have ever dealt with here has been so nice and friendly and I am glad to support a local small business.

Brought my car here 3 times for repairs. Each time they have worked with me to figure out the complicated issues and done so much cheaper than anywhere around. Very friendly and easy to deal with.

I have an older Toyota that I needed brakes done on. (They kept sticking.) I had a place in Newark that I had taken it to and they started sticking. I mean bad! They ground through the pads and rotors in no time. I recently moved to Zanesville and had someone else fix them, and the same thing happened again except this time the whole front end would shake so much that my hubcaps fell off. It was undrivable.

I took it Y-City and had them work on it. I was skeptical at first because of the failure of the last two mechanics and I had a long trip coming up that I wanted to take it on. They fixed it in record time even though I didn't need it immediately. (It's a backup car). They also allowed me to leave it there until I had free time to pick it up.

I recently got back from my trip and it ran better than it has seen I bought it. No problems with the brakes even though I was traveling through winding, hilly parts of Ohio. The brakes were diagnosed properly, after two other businesses failed (and mind you these were reputable businesses), and they were fixed correctly.

As for pricing? I had the brakes fixed correctly, an oil change, and a small hole in the muffler fixed for about half of what the last business charged.

After this exceptional service I'll be bringing my sports car into their shop.

Astonished at the transformation of an old jeep that sat for a couple years collecting dust, dirt and more.... The interior alone looks brand new! They took the extra time to do touch ups. I could not believe it looks this good - I will use them for all our detailing!
